Werner Hilf founded HILF!GmbH in 1990. His career started from the user´s perspective. He got to know electronics "from the scratch". After his graduation from the Technical University of Karlsruhe, he was assigned to system design activities, such as analogue electronics and microprocessor hard- and software, for five years. The course of his career also brought him to the manufacturer's perspective, namely to Motorola, where he has been head of the microprocessor training centre in Munich, Germany for eleven years. Mr. Hilf has extensive experience in explaining microcontroller embedded systems to broad audiences by giving lectures throughout Europe, Australia and Africa, as well as undertaking lecturing assignments at the technical University of Munich and the Technical Academy of Esslingen.
