Starting from 1998, Aurelia has been a Centre of Competence (official design centre) of TEMIC Semiconductors for DMILL rad-hard technology.
The experience acquired in the design of devices for aerospace applications, allowed Aurelia to sign a collaboration agreement with Aeroflex in 2003, becoming the exclusive Aeroflex Design Centre in Europe till 2006.
During 2004-2005 Aurelia developed an Elliptic Curve Cryptography microprocessor IP with 4-way superscalar 6 pipe RISC architecture, now implemented on an FPGA housed on a PCI cryptographic accelerator board.
